Provide services in client's homes/residences or local community.
Remain within state limits while providing services.
Model recommended interventions and provide families with guidance.
Utilize their program managers for support.
Positive regard for all clients and families.
Maintain professionalism and appropriate boundaries at all times.
Implement all goals and objectives as outlined within the client's individualized treatment plan.
Meet with assigned program manager for weekly supervisions and all mandated trainings.
Adhere to all New Moon Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
May not work over 8 hours a day with one client.

Never administer medication. All medications, either prescription, or over the counter, must be administered only by the parent or guardian, or client themselves (If age appropriate).
Will work only with their assigned client regardless of treatment setting (In-home or community) unless there are specific objectives which include siblings or peers.
Must always be working on goals on the current treatment plan. Community outings must be planned around these goals.
Come to each shift with a plan for the day.
May NOT transfer any member of the client's family at any time for any reason.
Must follow all mandated reporter rules and agency rules for reporting (If unsure as your PM).
All questions or concerns regarding providing services should be directed to your program manager.
